Skills and Responsibilities :
- An undergraduate university degree in business, statistics or analytically based discipline, or equivalent experience; having a post graduate degree would be an asset.
- Minimum of years relevant experience and proficiency with Web Analytics Reporting Tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Core metrics or Web Trends.
- Experienced in the use of industry leading web optimization software, such as Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, or equivalent.
- Experienced in the use of Segmentation software such as Adobe Audience Manager or Google Marketing Platform (formerly DoubleClick), Salesforce Real-time CDP
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office Software for the creation of management reports, presentations, and analysis.
- Deep knowledge of digital experience and knowledge of segmentation and behavioral targeting.
- Conceptual thinker with excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills.
- A strong focus on attention to detail to produce high quality, accurate and timely deliverables to meet deadlines is also required.
- Ability to work independently, as well as exercising strong interpersonal skills to work well in a team environment as a contributing member of the team.
- Ability to prioritize competing requests / multiple tasks in deadline driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written business communications skills; experience delivering written & verbal presentations of analyses & recommendations to senior management
- Will be naturally inclined to take the initiative on projects.
- Will have an entrepreneurial drive that will allow you to create / complete what does not currently exist.
- Have an online strategy background that will inform your advocacy and selling skills
- You must be persuasive and collaborative.
- Will be patient yet able to manage rapidly escalating pace of change within the bank
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze and report on metrics, identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve online sales, site performance and overall user experience and will ensure the value of digital data and insights is well understood by the Digital Channels and its key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic thinking and roadmap development of the Personalization program, analyze results and form recommendations that inform business strategy and transformation.
- Provide Subject-Matter-Expertise to create and execute a world-class online Personalization strategy for TDBG, ensuring it evolves over time to reflect the changing needs of the business.
- Responsible for the effectiveness of Personalization projects to deliver business value and improve the customer experience, as well as identifying opportunities for future site improvements.
- Engage with key stakeholders in an agile work environment to define and manage initiatives through the definition of KPIs & website metrics, as well as reporting requirements by engaging with partners in and outside of the channel.
- Analyze data and reports to identify issues as well as revenue generating and cost reduction opportunities, which improve online sales, site performance and overall user experience, ultimately leading to an increase in ROI.
- Prepare A / B & multi-variant test, segmentation, and behavioral targeting plans, manage execution of the plans, analyze results, and recommend actions.
- Identify trends, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations to key stakeholders within the organization.
- Provide value added analysis to answer questions and anticipate the needs of the Digital Channels teams.
- Create presentations for senior management that clearly and concisely present analysis and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to drive new initiatives that contribute to business goals.
