Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.AML IT Development team is looking for an experienced business Systems Analyst to support the Data Governance and reconciliation program. This position will handle data mining and engineering and analysis and reporting of all the feeds that enter into AML space. Data analysis and manual reconciliation of data within databases and raw files experience is a must. Working closely with BSAs and business to determine data issues and onboarding requirements. What will you do?

  • Work closely with stakeholders to maintain existing functionalities for Data Ingestion, Data Quality Controls and downstream AML IT Application Data needs.
  • Analyze data within databases and raw files and HDFS
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets of all data feeds and able to articulate and find root cause for data mismatches.
  • Identify area of improvement in existing processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency.

What do you need to succeed? Must Have

  • Min 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data analysis / mining.
  • Expert in Excel Spreadsheets (Formulars pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
  • Basic SQL and database queries.
  • Graphical display of data results (pie charts, bar charts, etc)
  • Nice to Have

  • Working experience with Data Integration patterns, data reconciliation, analysis
  • Data Lineage expertise to trace data back to source
  • Data Dictionary definition compilations and presentation.
