What you can expect when joining the team
Reporting to the Vice-President of Medical Billing Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our medical billing function.
We are seeking an ideal candidate who is not only performance-oriented but also deeply committed to enhancing client satisfaction, orchestrating operational strategies, and inspiring efficient team management.
Your responsibilities will also extend to fostering positive customer relationships, optimizing billing processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Your daily life
During the day, you will be led to :
- Develop and implement plans for medical billing operations that are aligned with organizational goals;
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights, recommendations, and updates on performance;
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment;
- Provide professional development opportunities for team members;
- Conduct regular performance assessments and set clear performance expectations;
- Drive a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues promptly;
- Oversee and optimize medical billing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency;
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operational performance;
- Develop, monitor, and manage operational performance and metrics;
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, and cross-functional teams to align billing operations with overall business objectives.
Your profile
Are you a dynamic leader, known for your ability to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence? Are you looking for the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our medical billing function?
The sky is the limit! If you have :
- A degree in business administration, accounting, healthcare management, or another relevant field;
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in customer operations, with a background in medical billing operations being a strong asset;
- A proven track record of effectively leading teams and achieving performance targets;
- Experience within the SaaS or technology-enabled service industry;
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A results-oriented and performance-driven mindset;
- A client-focused approach with a keen understanding of customer needs;
- The ability to adapt easily and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations (an asset);
- Since you will be regularly interacting with English-speaking colleagues and clients located outside of Québec, proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is required.
