Responsibilities

Work with existing accounts by analyzing work orders; plan the daily travel schedule; service call, complaints; perform tests; problems solving.

Establishes the service by studying the system requirements; order and assemble components and parts; complete the installation; perform acceptance testing.

Maintain relationships with customers by investigating complaints; identify solutions; suggesting improvement, methods and techniques;

recommend system improvements.

Updates professional knowledge by participating in training opportunities; read professional publications, service sessions, vendors, etc.

Machinery incoming inspection and testing.

Install and train on new machines.

Maintenance and repair machines sold :

• on our site
• remotely (Facetime)
• with customers. Anywhere in North America. Canada and United States
• Travailler avec les comptes existants en analysant les bons de travail; planifier le programme de voyage quotidien; appel de service, plaintes;

effectuer des tests; résolution de problèmes.

Établit le service en étudiant les exigences du système; commander et rassembler des composants et des pièces; terminer l'installation;

effectuer des tests d'acceptation.

Entretenir des relations avec les clients en examinant les plaintes ; identifier des solutions; suggérant une amélioration, méthodes et techniques;

recommander des améliorations du système.

Met à jour ses connaissances professionnelles en participant à des opportunités de formation ; lire des publications professionnelles, sessions de service, fournisseurs, etc.

Inspection et essai entrants des machines.

Installer et former sur de nouvelles machines.

Machines d'entretien et de réparation vendues :

• sur notre site
• à distance (Facetime)
• chez les clients. Partout en Amérique du Nord. Canada et États-Unis

Qualifications

This role requires technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatics, automation (PLC) and understanding how tray sealing, shrink wrapping and vacuum packaging work.

Able to complete documents and finalize for invoicing.

Understand and be able to identify parts.

Able to use a computer to prepare quotes, work orders, service orders, procedures, etc.

Bilingual : English and French, spoken and written
