We are looking for a motivated and hard-working Sales Representative to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and customer service skills, with the ability to manage an established customer base and develop new client relationships.
You will be responsible for driving sales across Canada by contacting retail and wholesale customers through phone, email, text, and the Tonol App.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively contact existing retail and wholesale customers daily via phone, email, text, and the Tonol App.
- Perform cold calling to potential new customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Achieve minimum daily contact quotas.
- Maintain and grow an established customer base, while actively pursuing new customer development.
- Represent worldwide brands such as Zippo, Kodak, and Case Knives.
- Assist customers with setting up their accounts on our app.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (bilingualism required) .
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic technology skills, with the ability to assist customers in setting up the Tonol App.
- Proficient with computers; experience with Mac computers is an asset.
- Experience selling packaged goods in the convenience and gas station channels is a plus.
