The firm is seeking an Analyst to support its client service and capital formation objectives across the Fengate platform.

This person will report to the firm's Vice President of Investor Relations and Capital Formation. The ideal candidate possess excellent analytical and communication skills, is a team player, and has an interest in private markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help to support and deliver on client service activities of the firm as a collaborative team member of the Investor Relations and Capital Formation Group
  • Prepare responses to investor inquiries while ensuring quality and consistently of responses
  • Prepare presentations for capital raising activities, investor updates, and conferences
  • Manage the preparation and dissemination of external communication materials
  • Maintain the client relationship management database
  • Work alongside senior leadership to assist with special projects as they arise

Requirements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • An undergraduate university degree in Business / Finance with an excellent academic background
  • A professional designation in accounting or finance (such as CPA or CFA) would be an asset, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated competence with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in asset management, private equity, or with institutional investors would be an asset, but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce of similar CRM software a plus
