Position Overview :

As a Millwright, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and document maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to prioritize tasks.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Millwright trade certification (Red Seal) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of Millwright experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary :

$40.00 to $42.00 per hour
