Responsibilities :
- Understandclients insurance needs and provide appropriatesolutions.
- Processquotes and underwrite auto and home insurancepolicies.
- Advisenew clients on auto and homeinsurance.
- Updateexisting insurance policies for our clients taking into accounttheir evolving needs; propose new products ifnecessary.
- Buildcustomer loyalty by providing outstandingservice.
- Underwritenew business append endorsements and issue renewals by obtainingall necessary client information for pricing and riskanalysis.
- Stayinformed about the latest production guidelines and regulatoryobligations.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
- Universityor college degree is a significantasset.
- 1year of sales and customer service experience (anasset).
- Bilingualin English and French (spoken and written) to communicate with bothEnglishspeaking and Frenchspeakingclients.
- Customerorientedmindset and ability to offer products tailored to theirneeds.
- Excellentproblemsolvingskills.
- Strongautonomy.
- Abilityto managepriorities.
- Excellentcomputer skills to familiarize oneself with newapplications.
