We seek anexperienced and talented professional to join our team as the Headof Studio for Slot Machine Games. As the Head of Studio you willoversee the development and production of highquality and engagingslot machine games.

This role requires substantial experience inthe slot machine gaming industry including expertise in game designdevelopment and monetization strategies.

You will lead a team ofcreative professionals ensuring the delivery of innovative andsuccessful slot machine games that captivate players and achievebusinessobjectives.

Responsibilities :

• Leadand manage a team of game designers developers artistsmathematicians and testers fostering a collaborative andhighperforming studioenvironment.
• Provide strategicdirection and vision for developing slot machine games establishingclear goals and objectives for thestudio.
• Oversee the endtoend gamedevelopment process from initial concept to final release ensuringhighquality standards and timelydelivery.
• Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including product management marketing andanalytics to develop and execute effective game strategies andmonetization models.
• Stay up to datewith the latest industry trends market dynamics and playerpreferences to inform game development decisions and driveinnovation.

Qualifications :

• Substantialexperience (8 years) in the slot machine gaming industry with aproven track record of successfully designing and launching slotmachine games.
• Minimum of 4 years ofexperience in a similar role demonstrating leadership andmanagement capabilities.
• Strongleadership skills with experience in managing and motivatingcrossfunctional teams.
• Indepthknowledge of game design principles mechanics and player psychologyspecific to slot machinegames.
• Proficiency in gamedevelopment technologies tools and software including familiaritywith popular game engines andframeworks.
• Solid understanding ofmonetization strategies including freetoplay models inapp purchasesand advertising.
• Excellent projectmanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meetdeadlines and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
• Strong analyticaland problemsolving abilities with a datadriven mindset fordecisionmaking.

• Bachelors degree ingame design computer science or a related field (or equivalentexperience). Advanced degrees or certifications are aplus.
