The Quality Director is responsible for and committed to the values and objectives of Groupe Robert. He / she ensures compliance with the quality management system and supports initiatives within the Group.
Through concrete actions, the Director contributes to, researches and develops new ways of improving quality, taking into account standards and customer requests, the well-being of employees and the environment.

The Quality Manager will be responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring our quality program. He / she will be one of the main points of contact with customers to communicate the evolution of the quality program.
He / she is responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO-9001 (2015) standards and procedures. Together with his team, he implements the appropriate procedures and work methods to achieve the customer's objectives.
Your responsibilities will be as follows :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead a high-performance team focused on maintaining the organization's excellent reputation.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to improve distribution processes, reduce defects and optimize the quality of service offered to our customer.
- Use data analysis and quality measurements to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions according to the methods applied in continuous improvement.
- Implement relevant performance indicators, including measures of the cost of poor quality. Provide visibility at all levels on performance and variances.
- Coach, develop and evaluate his / her team (supervisors, coordinators and technicians) in the effective use of quality tools.
- Ensure the planning, scheduling and documentation of internal audit execution for the Quality department.
- Provide support during internal audits, certification audits and management reviews.
- Ensures that work procedures / instructions are up to date and sees to the implementation of the quality manual.
- Ensures change management procedures are followed and communicated to all involved.
- Collaborates with other members of the organization to share best quality practices and ensure standardization of our operations.
- Prepares and presents quality end-of-shift reviews (QBRs) and improvement projects to customers.
- Provide training and support to employees at all levels to promote a culture of quality and excellence.
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have :
- University degree in industrial engineering or any other combination of training.
- Experience in quality, process engineering, distribution or project management.
- Qualification in project management, Lean Six Sigma certification an asset.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tool management.
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Fluency in written and spoken French.
- Ability to work in English.
- Experience with customer service.
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
