Located on Montreal's South Shore, our business partner, a growing law firm, is looking for a Legal Assistant to join its team of seasoned lawyers.
Do you have little litigation experience? Our client is ready to provide you with the necessary tools to train you in this field!

YOUR ROLE :
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to lawyers specialized in their field of practice.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Draft, revise and follow up on correspondence and various legal documents relating to business law;
- Prepare and review standard litigation procedures;
- Review documents and correspondence for compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage;
- Prepare customer files (correspondence, supporting documents, etc.);
- Manage and follow up on telephone calls and lawyers' agenda;
- Open, follow up, invoice, organize files electronically.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- DVS in secretarial studies with a legal speciality, or other relevant training;
- Experience as a Legal Assistant;
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite functions;
- Thoroughness and autonomy.
