Responsibilities
- Support and maintain cloudbased ITinfrastructures and services including Microsoft Azure Microsoft365 and AWS.
- Manage and troubleshoot webbasedapplications and CRM platforms.
- Implement andoversee cyber security measures including security monitoring andprotection tools.
- Collaborate with seniorengineers to design and deploy IT solutions that meetorganizational needs.
- Assist in the developmentand maintenance of IT policies andprocedures.
- Provide technical support andtroubleshooting for endusers andsystems.
- Continuously improve IT processes andsystems through innovation and bestpractices.
Skills andQualifications
- Experience : 510years of experience in IT roles with a focus on cloudbasedinfrastructures andsecurity.
- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
- TechnicalSkills :
- Strong understanding ofcloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365 andAWS.
- Proficiency with webbased applications andCRM platforms.
- Knowledge of cyber securityprinciples and security monitoringtools.
- Experience with IT support andtroubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of APIintegrations.
- SoftSkills :
- Excellent problemsolvingabilities and attention to detail.
- Strongcommunication skills both verbal andwritten.
- Ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of ateam.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuouslearning and professionaldevelopment.
- PreferredSkills :
- Certifications in cloudplatforms (e.g. Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator AssociateAWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experiencewith other hosting providers and SaaSapplications.
- Familiarity with IT complianceand regulatory standards.
- Experience with IToperations in the Fintechindustry.
