Nous recherchons des responsables talentueux et passionnés qui possèdent de bons antécédents en matière d’excellence du service à la clientèle et d’augmentation des ventes.
Dans vos fonctions stimulantes, vous devrez :
- Diriger, encadrer et motiver les collègues pour améliorer la productivité, l’engagement et la rétention
- Vous engager à respecter les normes opérationnelles et de mise en marché;
- Être constamment à l’affût de personnes talentueuses pour les inciter à rejoindre notre équipe;
- Maintenir les comptoirs de ventes pourvus de marchandise et ce, de façon attrayante;
- Vérifier la quantité et la qualité de la marchandise;
- Emballer et estampiller la marchandise;
- Faire la rotation des produits;
- S’assurer l’ordre et la propreté du rayon.
- Posséder une expérience pertinente dans le domaine du commerce de détail et / ou de l’alimentation;
- Posséder des aptitudes marquées pour diriger et motiver une équipe de travail;
- Se démarquer par son leadership, son sens de la communication, son dynamisme, son sens des responsabilités et sa volonté à satisfaire le client.
