What will your typical day look like?
- Manage and mentor a team of developer, analyst and Architects governing SWIFT Architecture Practice processes and guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Global SWIFT Architecture team, extending the geographical coverage of the SWIFT Architecture team.
- Architect, design, communicate, and deliver innovative end-to-end solutions.
- Build Swift competency in enabling areas covering SAP and non-SAP technologies including cloud, AI / ML, Gen AI, and analytics.
- Collaborate with Deloitte member firms across regions for Swift rollouts and implementations.
- Engage with leading customers and strategic partners to identify and define solution requirements.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of industry practices, software solutions, and methodologies to make technical recommendations on complex problem resolution, coupled with an approach that utilizes repeatable, efficient processes and best practices.
- Provide direct on-site technical leadership as a subject matter expert on high-profile projects.
- Lead team in driving and delivering customer solutions.
- Performing integration architecture and infrastructure design activities.
- Participating in resolving technology integration problems.
- Function as a mentor, coach, or trainer to consultants by sharing business or technical expertise.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and effective communication throughout projects.
- Participate in product roadmap and product strategy definition.
- Performance monitoring and recommend solutions to optimize performance.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- 5 + years of experience in developing and delivering SAP solutions, with at least 2+ years of experience in S / 4 HANA
- Experience with architecting and implementing integration between SAP ECC and / or S / 4 on-premise / Cloud with low / no-code solutions.
- Advanced working experience in ABAP 7.4
- Expertise in performance tuning SAP solutions running on HANA database.
- Knowledge of S / 4 HANA cloud development and SDK
- Advanced working experience of SAP Gateway services
- Experience in SAP Fiori development.
- Knowledge of different middleware technologies including SAP PI
- Knowledge of ETL tools like SAP Data Services and / or others
- Knowledge of Analytics in SAP on-premise and cloud
- Knowledge of SAP BTP platform and services
- Nice to have SAP Cloud platform exposure.
- Knowledge of HANA 2.0 and XSA based modelling knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in proposing solutions
- AGILE environment experience
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
