What - the Role :
As Director of Marketing, you will be an important team player and leader. Reporting to the Owners / Founder, The Director of Marketing will build and lead a team of marketers, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's success by overseeing a wide range of marketing initiatives.
The role will also be responsible for growth strategy implementation, team leadership, campaign development, performance measurements, digital marketing, destination marketing, social media management, website oversight, SEO expertise, public relations, budgeting and financial analysis.

The role requires excellent working knowledge and experience of marketing gained from a similar position and environment, ideally derived from a travel and tourism background.
Management experience is required.
The incumbent must also have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, be comfortable with changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
Where :
Downtown Vancouver. This is an in-office role. Transit friendly location with an excellent company culture and environment.
How Much :
Competitive salary in the range of $150,000 - $180,000 dependent on experience, along with excellent benefits, vacation, and other generous industry related rewards.
