A day in the life :

• Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointment calendar
• Opportunity to work with pediatric hearing clinic
• Support patients through the process of applying for third party funding
• Verifying insurance coverage and assisting clients with insurance claims
• Maintaining client records
• Assisting with filing, data entry, answering phones
• Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized and stocked
• Communicating effectively with clients and coworkers to ensure a positive experience for all!

What you bring :

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role either in the healthcare or retail sector, or related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in other languages is a plus!
• Professional and personable individual with the ability to build trust, most often with a senior demographic
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast pace environment
• Strong organizational and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applications
• A passion for helping others live life to its fullest potential
• A positive energy and can-do attitude!
