We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a 6-month opportunity with our client, a non-profit organization, in Dieppe, New Brunswick .
The successful candidate should be organized and eager to take on new challenges within a supportive, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities for the Job :
- Work with Executive Management Team
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Draft and proofread various documents and correspondence
- Payroll processing
- Basic accounting support
- Other duties as assigned
Experience & Attributes for Success :
- Minimum of 3 years progressive administrative and accounting support experience
- Technologically proficient, able to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a high level of initiative
