Paymath is actively seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team based in Montreal, QC.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers
  • Onboard clients and provide comprehensive support
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support
  • Manage and support a robust sales portfolio
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the payment industry and our offerings
  • Create and optimise sales operational processes for client onboarding and support
  • Continuously improve internal processes and structures

What you have to offer

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Strong customer support skills with excellent organisational capabilities
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales and / or support experience in Finance or Tech (preferred)
  • University degree in a relevant field or a diploma in Business, Tech, or related disciplines
