Se rapportant au Senior Manager Market Strategy & RGM, le Sr Analyst Market Strategy & RGM est responsable de l'élaboration de stratégies de tarification et de promotion à long terme, de l'évaluation des opportunités de croissance du marché et de la conduite d'analyses sur l'efficacité des promotions.

Il assistera également au développement d'outils analytiques et fournira des analyses pour soutenir les équipes par une prise de décision basée sur des faits, dans le but d'accélérer la croissance des revenus rentables et durables.

Principales responsabilités

Créer des analyses et des processus pour soutenir la stratégie commerciale annuelle et à long terme

Créer des stratégies d'investissement commercial pour le portefeuille Core ou Premium à l’échelle nationale

Analyser l'efficacité des stratégies et faire des recommandations pour modifier la stratégie afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux de volume et de profit.

Fournir une analyse et un aperçu du profil financier de notre portefeuille de produits, une analyse approfondie des principaux facteurs de rentabilité, et soutenir l'architecture des prix de vente et les stratégies des canaux de distribution.

Examen de la stratégie de tarification et des possibilités d'élasticité des prix

Soutenir l'optimisation de la promotion commerciale et la stratégie de vente au détail

Analyser la rentabilité de nos clients

Soutien ponctuel en matière de stratégie, de tarification, de promotions pour les projets internes et la planification à long terme

Formation

Diplôme universitaire

Expérience

3 ans dans une fonction similaire avec une préférence pour les candidats ayant une expérience dans le domaine des biens de consommation (CPG)

Planification financière ou analyse de la stratégie

Stratégies de prix / promotion

Approche analytique de la résolution de problèmes

Solides compétences en Excel, expérience avec Power BI, les plateformes de données des épiciers canadiens (IRI, dunnhumby & LDIA), SQL et les données Nielsen un atout.

Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais parlée et écrit communication interne à l’échelle nationale principalement

Rémunération : Fourchette budgétée (75 537,00 $ - 97 754,00 $) La fourchette budgétée tient compte de plusieurs facteurs et qualifications qui sont pris en compte dans les décisions de rémunération, y compris l'expérience, l'éducation, la formation, les licences, les certifications et d'autres exigences commerciales et organisationnelles.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Market Strategy & RGM, the Sr Analyst Market Strategy & RGM is responsible of building long-term pricing and promotional strategies, assessing marketplace growth opportunities, and leading analysis on promotional effectiveness. He will also

assist in the development of analytical tools and provide analysis to support the Core / Premium Virtual team through fact-based decision-making with the objective of accelerating profitable, sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibility

Create analysis and process to support the annual & long-term commercial strategy and trade investment strategies for the Core or Premium portfolio.

Analyze effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations to change strategy to achieve business objectives of volume and profit.

Provide analysis and insight into our product portfolio financial profile, deep dive into key drivers of profitability, and supporting pack-price architecture and channel strategies

Review pricing strategy & price elasticity opportunities

Support with Trade Promotion Optimization and Retail Strategy

Analyze profitability for our customers

Support with building models and scorecards

Provide support and analytic in the monthly business review routine for the Core / Premium virtual team, bringing regional insight into a total Enterprise view

Provide support and analytic for agency partner monthly business review

Support innovation development through building pricing and promotion recommendations

Adhoc support on strategy, pricing, promotions for internal project and long term planning

Track pricing execution in market to ensure strategy compliance and gaps to competitive brands.

Qualifications / Experience / Education

University Degree

3 years in a similar role with preference to candidates with Consumer-Packaged Goods experience

Financial planning or strategy analysis

Pricing / Promo Strategies

Analytical approach to problem solving

Strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI, Canadian grocers data platforms (IRI, dunnhumby & LDIA), SQL and Nielsen Data an asset

Attention to detail

Excel and Power BI Power User

Working knowledge of syndicated data platforms : Nielsen, Dunnhumby, IRI, Precima

Compensation : Budgeted Range ($75,537.00- $97,754.00) The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
