Job Description
Our client, within the automotive industry is seeking a stellar candidate to join their team as an Call Centre Agent.
This is a 1 year contract to start, with the potential to be extended, paying $55,000 annually.
- This is a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in the office twice a week located in PICKERING
- Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday between 9AM-8PM (you'll be working 8 hour shifts within this timeframe)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Support for Direct Sales Channels
- Analyzing vehicle lifecycle for opportunities and trends (e.g., seller removal, location hold, ungrounded reporting, mileage discrepancies, bankruptcy)
- Oversight of payoff shortage queue management
- Handling emails regarding Pre-Owned Direct usage and purchase inquiries
- Managing payment methods and site access
- Addressing inquiries about remarketing program levels and pricing
- Handling Lease Pull-Ahead Programs and Continuations
- Addressing inquiries about titles and ownership
- Handling transportation inquiries
- Addressing inquiries about dealer service loaners
- Providing support to dealers via phone calls and field assistance
- Ensuring timely grounding of vehicles, including identifying trends and collaborating with field personnel and dealerships for process improvement
- Handling phone calls
- Generating accurate manual dealer payoff quotes for both Franchise and Non-Franchise dealers and addressing payoff shortages as needed

- Strong written and verbal communication
