Job Description

Our client, within the automotive industry is seeking a stellar candidate to join their team as an Call Centre Agent.

This is a 1 year contract to start, with the potential to be extended, paying $55,000 annually.

  • This is a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in the office twice a week located in PICKERING
  • Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday between 9AM-8PM (you'll be working 8 hour shifts within this timeframe)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Support for Direct Sales Channels
  • Analyzing vehicle lifecycle for opportunities and trends (e.g., seller removal, location hold, ungrounded reporting, mileage discrepancies, bankruptcy)
  • Oversight of payoff shortage queue management
  • Handling emails regarding Pre-Owned Direct usage and purchase inquiries
  • Managing payment methods and site access
  • Addressing inquiries about remarketing program levels and pricing
  • Handling Lease Pull-Ahead Programs and Continuations
  • Addressing inquiries about titles and ownership
  • Handling transportation inquiries
  • Addressing inquiries about dealer service loaners
  • Providing support to dealers via phone calls and field assistance
  • Ensuring timely grounding of vehicles, including identifying trends and collaborating with field personnel and dealerships for process improvement
  • Handling phone calls
  • Generating accurate manual dealer payoff quotes for both Franchise and Non-Franchise dealers and addressing payoff shortages as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous administration skills
