Job Description
Our client, within the automotive industry is seeking a stellar candidate to join their team as an Call Centre Agent.
This is a 1 year contract to start, with the potential to be extended, paying $55,000 annually.
- This is a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in the office twice a week located in PICKERING
- Rotational shifts from Monday to Friday between 9AM-8PM (you'll be working 8 hour shifts within this timeframe)
Roles and Responsibilities
Monitoring and Support for Direct Sales ChannelsAnalyzing vehicle lifecycle for opportunities and trends (e.g., seller removal, location hold, ungrounded reporting, mileage discrepancies, bankruptcy)Oversight of payoff shortage queue managementHandling emails regarding Pre-Owned Direct usage and purchase inquiriesManaging payment methods and site accessAddressing inquiries about remarketing program levels and pricingHandling Lease Pull-Ahead Programs and ContinuationsAddressing inquiries about titles and ownershipHandling transportation inquiriesAddressing inquiries about dealer service loanersProviding support to dealers via phone calls and field assistanceEnsuring timely grounding of vehicles, including identifying trends and collaborating with field personnel and dealerships for process improvementHandling phone callsGenerating accurate manual dealer payoff quotes for both Franchise and Non-Franchise dealers and addressing payoff shortages as neededQualifications and Skills
