DJI is the global leader in developing and manufacturing innovative aerial equipment and drone camera technology for commercial, government, and recreational use.
The Sales Manager serves as DJI consumer-level products’ connection with specialty retailers, and is responsible for driving sales within assigned accounts by developing programs, event / show, marketing and conducting in-store training and merchandising, as well as building up brand awareness among camera users.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop business plans to increase market share, specifically for high-end drone, camera gimbal, cinema camera and audio product lines;
- Manage specialty retailer’s end-to-end operation, including but not limited to order-to-cash, sales data analysis, merchandising, event conducting, forecast, order fulfillment, AR, marketing expense, inventory, and sell-through / sell-out data analysis;
- Build up strong relationship with the whole retailer organization, including but not limited to owner, buyer, planner, retail operation and marketing / event team;
- Work with internal cross-function teams, like product management, demand planning, logistics and finance team, to assure smooth operation and implement strategic plans;

- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Sales;
- Willing to travel frequently;
- Strong abilities in training, workshop organization, and negotiation;
Preferred Skills :
- Proficiency in French, and Chinese is strongly preferred;
- Similar specialty retailers management experience;
- Financial acumen and leadership skills to build and develop profitability models;
- Organizational and communication skills for multiple audiences and ability to obtain internal and external customer commitment;
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills; ability to manage through influence;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective programs and sales initiatives;
- Strategic and analytical thinking, data oriented decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to manage the details of day-to-day execution;
- Proficient at developing and presenting go-to-market presentations in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
