Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team. The TPM will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various technology projects within our organization.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Execution :
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Technical Oversight :

• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and database management.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and propose solutions to meet project requirements.

Team Coordination and Communication :

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance :
• Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct testing and validation to verify software functionality and performance.

Documentation and Reporting :

• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven 4-7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and database management.
• Has worked in a regulated industry (banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, etc.) is a plus.
