Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team. The TPM will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various technology projects within our organization.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of business objectives.

Responsibilities : Project Planning and Execution : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Technical Oversight : Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and database management.Evaluate technical feasibility and propose solutions to meet project requirements.

Team Coordination and Communication : Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and analysts.Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Conduct regular meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.Quality Assurance : Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Conduct testing and validation to verify software functionality and performance. Documentation and Reporting : Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.

Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

Proven 4-7 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in the IT industry.Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills : Experience with Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.

Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and database management.Has worked in a regulated industry (banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, etc.
