Position Overview :

As a Sales Representative at Pancham, you will be a vital part of our growth strategy. You’ll engage with potential clients through our proven sales process, guiding prospects through consultative calls to determine their fit for our services.

Your primary goal will be to close deals that drive success for fitness businesses across the country. If you’re a motivated closer with a passion for fitness and a knack for sales, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with leads generated through online ads, email marketing, referral campaigns, and more.
• Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, and text to ensure high engagement and attendance for scheduled calls.
• Facilitate 1-hour Zoom consultations, using a provided Zoom account, to walk potential clients through our offerings.
• Assess client needs, qualify them for our services, and collect payment information to finalize the sale.
• Schedule onboarding calls to seamlessly transition new clients to our service delivery team.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Requirements :

• Availability : Must be open to taking sales calls from 8 AM to 8 PM five days a week and occasionally up to six days a week, including Saturdays.
• Work Environment : Must be willing and able to work in a high-pressure sales environment and take ownership of your own results.
• Coachable : Open to receiving training and utilizing provided resources, including CRM tools, to maximize success.
• Strong Work Ethic : Ability to handle a high call volume (20+ calls per day) and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Prior sales experience and a solid work ethic are essential for success.

• Preferred Experience : Prior experience in fitness sales or with a marketing agency is highly desirable.
• Sales Skills : Must have the ability to close high-ticket deals and overcome objections in an extremely competitive environment.
• Flexibility : Must be adaptable to varying schedules and demands, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role.
• Performance Driven : Must be results-oriented, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Performance Expectations :

• Conduct at least 10+ pre-scheduled calls per week.
• Achieve a 50% show rate for scheduled calls.
• Maintain a 40% close rate, aiming for 2-3 new deals per week.

Compensation :

• Minimum pay of $3,000 per month.
• 12% commission on cash collected / contracted value.
• Most agents earn $5,000-$6,000 per month with the draw and commissions combined.
• High earning potential for dedicated and successful reps, with annual income ranging from $60,000 to $120,000.
