Responsibilities
Voici vos responsabilités comme assistant chargé de projet sur la Rive-Sud :
Assister le Chef de Projet dans la planification et la coordination des projets.
Participer aux réunions de suivi de projet et rédiger les comptes rendus.
Aider à la gestion des budgets et des échéanciers.
Coordonner les communications entre les différents intervenants du projet.
Suivre l’avancement des travaux et s’assurer du respect des normes de qualité.
Préparer les documents nécessaires pour les soumissions et les contrats.
Contribuer à la résolution des problèmes et à la prise de décisions.
Qualifications
Voici les compétences dont vous aurez besoin comme assistant chargé de projet sur la Rive-Sud :
Diplôme en génie civil (OIQ) ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience significative dans la gestion de projets de construction.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion du temps.
Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive et efficace.
Expérience minimum 3 ans dans un poste similaire.
Connaissance des logiciels de gestion de projet (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
Maîtrise du français écrit et oral; anglais un atout.
