Everclean is a large successful Facility Services company, and we are currently hiring a Casual Overnight Cleaner in Willowbrook Mall at Langley BC .
Wage : $ 18.65 an hour

Job Skills / Requirements
The night cleaner is generally responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of facilities, building common areas and exterior areas and responding to evening cleaning requirements and service requests based on end user traffic patterns through the building space.
Duties : Daily
Daily
- Autoscrub building hallways, wipe all entry / exit doors / wall of hallways & garbage room
- Check for graffiti- report to security for recording prior to cleaning
- Patrol common areas and ensure that signage is straight and in proper location
- Sweep and litter pick common and exterior areas checking for any garbage
- Maintain and keep clean compactor area
- Pressure wash exterior common areas
Weekly
- Check and inspect autoscrubber and pressure washing equipment
- Clean water to be poured down floor drains to alleviate smells, weekly
Monthly / Seasonal
- Ability to operate snow blower / snow broom
- Other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor and / or Site Manager
Qualifications
- Current BC driver’s license in good standing
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
- Work as a team player
- Be able to operate snow blower / snowbroom
