THE ROLEWe are looking for an innovative Compensation Manager, reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, who will play a key role in shaping our organization’s compensation landscape.
In this role, you will play a critical role in building and designing our compensation architecture. Collaborating with HR teams and Business Leaders across the organization, you will contribute to the review, development and implementation of broad-based compensation programs.
ResponsibilitiesLeads and participates in the planning, implementation, and communication of the annual compensation processCreate and establish a job hierarchy and compensation frameworkDevelop compensation bands to align with current market trendsDevelop, document, and communicate new compensation guidelines and policies for all compensation programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful compensation initiatives and continuous improvementAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR colleagues, providing expert guidance on all compensation-related mattersMaintain accurate compensation data, ensuring integrity across all systemsPrepare and present comprehensive reports on compensation trends and market competitiveness to guide strategic decisionsBackground, Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education5-7 years of experience in Compensation or Total RewardsProgressing towards or already holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designationCommitted to continuous improvement and always seeking out better ways to do thingsDemonstrates critical thinking and independent problem-solving skillsExcels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing change and prioritizing tasksYou excel at organizing data into cohesive, professional reports and presentations.
