Lower Mainland Projects
Salary : $150-$160K, negotiable based on experience
OUR CLIENT
On behalf of our client, we are offering an opportunity to join a growing group of companies with extreme success working on lower mainland based site development projects.
Our client is well reputed among GCs and have an excellent track record in project quality and delivery. They are growing, offering advancement opportunities and flat management structure with good natured and supportive leaders.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A minimum of 7 years of industry experience, specifically within utility installation and earthworks or hybrid experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and evaluate site performance is essential
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include management, co-workers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders
- Technical knowledge and project experience related to utility installation and earthworks on commercial / residential site development and / or road / highway construction
- Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents
