Our client, a significant player in the steel industry, is seeking a bilingual internal sales representative. The role will involve a strong mix of inbound and outbound calling in Ontario and Quebec.
Responsibilities :
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
- Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
Requirements :
The successful incumbent will bring :
- 3-5 years of inside sales experience
- Fully bilingual
- Knowledge of steel
- Has worked in steel, scrap or other heavy industrial sectors
- Is interested in working in-office
