What you'll do :
Either work alongside a Senior Product Manager on a large product team, or run a smaller product team independently, with coaching from a Senior Product Manager.
Help develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product by working with senior collaborators to understand business needs, and conducting user research and testing to understand customer needs.
Work with a team of engineers, designers and testers to deliver improvements and new features that deliver value to our customers and our business.
Work with coaches and mentors throughout the digital team to develop your product skills and transition into a Product Manager role
What you'll bring :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills can influence without authority
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Curiosity and an eagerness to learn and develop
Exceptional academic background and some work experience (internships, side projects, etc.) in tech or a history of high-performance in an emerging outside of product
Demonstrated knowledge of tech trends and digital landscape
What you’ll get :
The salary band for this position ranges from $61,000 $113,200. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
