Job Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our company.Its a multidisciplinary organization with interface to technicaland in some cases business support requirements for our GlobalManufacturing Admin Area.

Its function caters mainly to thetechnical needs of our GM Operating facilities. Your primary rolewill be to handle electrical engineering aspects.

This will includethe development of plans and processes to ensure facilitieselectrical equipment and systems throughout its lifecycle to reducesafety environmental and economic risk whilst maintainingcompliance with all applicable codes and standards.

You will alsobe responsible for providing technical support on high priorityelectrical issues.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a lifecycle managementprogram and database for critical electrical equipment.
• Manage and oversee the corporate arc flash hazardmitigation program including conducting audits.
• Provide technical expertise and actively participate infailure investigations to capture outcomes and share findings withother facilities to prevent recurring electrical equipmentfailures.
• Lead and manage the performance ofCogeneration assets.
• Take charge of technicalprograms studies and assessments related to Cogenerationassets.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Bachelors degree inElectrical Engineering is a requirement.
• Aminimum of 12 years experience in the refining / petrochemicalindustries is expected.
• Essential familiaritywith electrical maintenance and troubleshooting practices forindustrial electrical systems.
• Previousexperience with specification application and maintenance ofelectrical equipment up to 15kV class.
• Preferred knowledge of power generation (cogeneration)power distribution and power automation.
• Experience in conducting electrical power system studiesusing ETAP modeling is a plus.
