Oilfield Sales Representative
ChampionX has an immediate need for an entry level Oilfield Sales Representative located in Grande Prairie AB .
As a District Rep, you will be assigned to strategic accounts in the oil & gas industry where you are responsible for independently developing and maintaining relationships to ensure exceptional customer support.
You will focus on partnering with your customers to understand their problems, requests and provide tailored solutions that improve their operations while growing your accounts.

What You Will Do :
Provide exceptional service to current and future customers.
Recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned customer territory.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers, including plant or facility executives.
Generate and execute sales plans in assigned customer base and new customer accounts to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer concerns, escalating as required.
Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
build long-term relationships with a large customer base by understanding their key business drivers, executing system assurance programs, and selling new technologies
Travel required to support business requirements and training opportunities.
Position Details :
Candidate must reside in Grande Prairie AB.
Route territory will include Grande Prairie AB and the surrounding area.

Minimum Qualifications :
Post-secondary education or equivalent preferred but not required (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
Must have a valid driver’s license (Class 5) and acceptable driver's abstract.
Strong computer application literacy (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook).
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and build relationships with customers.
Physical Demands :
Must have the ability to Lift / Push / Pull / Carry up to 55 pounds chest high.
Must have the ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
This is a safety sensitive position, and the successful candidate will be required to complete drug and alcohol testing in alignment with ChampionX policy
Preferred Qualifications :
0-2 years of customer service experience.
Previous experience working in the Oil and Gas industry.
History of working autonomously in the field and ability to demonstrate self-motivation
Ability to learn internal business systems.
Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic.
