We are looking to fill the position of Procurement Agent.

Responsibilities :

• Validate the respect of commercial agreements and deadlines with acquired suppliers.
• Places orders based on purchases received.
• Follows up and justifies late deliveries.
• Ensures administrative consistency of all supplier order terms (contracts, lead times, payment).
• Coordinates the receipt and dispatch of materials with the logistics department.
• Ensures proof of delivery is available online.

Recruitment process :

First interview with Eléonore Perin, logistics recruitment consultant at Fed - then interview with human resources and the procurement manager.

Education : Diploma in supply management or equivalent.

Experience : 2 years or more in an equivalent position.

Knowledge of mechanical materials, robotics and electrical automation.

• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Ability to interact with customers in an emergency context;

Ability to coordinate several departments.

• Autonomy, leadership, adaptability, ability to be structured and reactive, ability to be synthetic;
