Leverage market insights to position our products / services competitively and effectively. Customer Service Representative Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience as a Customer Service and Sales Associate, Account Manager, or Sales Representative, with a strong sales track record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure new business. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
