Your New Role
As a Process Lead, you will report to the Process Engineering Supervisor and play a crucial role in our team. Your main responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring processes, validating products and processes, improving and enhancing processes, reducing process costs, selecting and commissioning equipment, performing equipment maintenance, training operators on process-specific tasks, evaluating product reliability risks, and handling all other related tasks.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you should have a college-level education (DEC) in robotics, electrical, or mechanical fields. SMT experience is a major asset .
You should also have at least 2 years of experience in process and / or manufacturing of microelectronic components, experience in robotics, automation, and mechanics, programming and software capabilities, and knowledge of microelectronics materials and thermal processes.
The ability to work independently and follow multiple processes, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential.
Familiarity with standards such as IPC-A-610, J-STD-001H & Space addendum, NASA 8739.4 Cable Harness, and NASA 8739.1 Staking is an asset.
Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is required.

Votre Nouveau Rôle
En tant que Chef de Processus, vous relèverez du Superviseur de l’Ingénierie des Processus et jouerez un rôle crucial au sein de notre équipe.
Vos principales responsabilités incluront la mise en œuvre et la surveillance des processus, la validation des produits et des processus, l’amélioration et l’optimisation des processus, la réduction des coûts des processus, la sélection et la mise en service des équipements, la maintenance des équipements, la formation des opérateurs sur les tâches spécifiques aux processus, l’évaluation des risques de fiabilité des produits et la gestion de toutes les autres tâches connexes.
Ce Qu’il Vous Faut Pour Réussir
Pour exceller dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir un diplôme collégial (DEC) en robotique, électricité ou mécanique. Vous devez également avoir au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans les processus et / ou la fabrication de composants microélectroniques, une expérience en robotique, automatisation et mécanique, des compétences en programmation et en logiciels, ainsi qu’une connaissance des matériaux et des processus thermiques en microélectronique.
La capacité de travailler de manière autonome et de suivre plusieurs processus, ainsi que d’excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes, est essentielle.
La familiarité avec des normes telles que IPC-A-610, J-STD-001H & addendum spatial, NASA 8739.4 Câblage et NASA 8739.1 Staking est un atout.
La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est requise.
