As an Assistant General Manager, you are second in command of a successful business. Working with your Restaurant General Manager, you grow the business by making every customer feel special.

Position Description :

• Provide a top-notch guest experience
• Prepare our world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
• Serve beverages, cook fresh and frozen product according to specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure one hundred percent customer satisfaction
• Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
• Manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance
• Maintain and order inventory and supplies
• Train and develop Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team
• Ensure all staff are following health, safety, and security codes
