As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in developing detailed estimates for large-scale infrastructure projects, working closely with project teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strategic pricing. You’ll be a critical part of shaping these monumental projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage cost estimates for heavy civil projects, including roads, bridges, water treatment facilities, and other infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and procurement teams to develop and refine project budgets.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to understand the scope of work and required resources.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
• Present estimates to clients and stakeholders, providing insight into cost and timeline implications.
• Maintain updated cost databases and documentation to support future estimates.
• Stay informed of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in heavy civil construction.
