Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will have aminimum of 5 years of experience working with analysis of anorganization or business domain (real or hypothetical) anddocuments its business or processes or systems assessing thebusiness model or its integration withtechnology.

Responsibilities :

• Representsprocess requirements in processdesign;
• Providesdetail and designs for the specificprocess;
• SupportsGAP Analysis of required business process (at lowest level ofdetail) to SAPfunctionality;
• Executeunit testing for configuration and custom development (forknowledgetransfer);
• Providesupport to security data conversion batch and system response timetesting;
• Provideinitial post implementation support to end users on productionsystem;
• Participatein solution scoping & planning and knowledge transfersessions;
• Participatein workshops ensuring all solution gaps are identified andaddressed;
• Participatein Solution designactivities;
• Provideintegration requirements for 3rd party and externalsystems;
• ProvideMaster DataInputs;
• Reviewdata conversion approach for the objects in scope of the functionalarea;
• Provideinput to the batch job schedule and parameters to beused;
• Validatebusiness process designDeliverables;
• DetermineUAT testscripts;
• Provideinput and support for the development of technical architectureDeliverables;
• Participatein Solution testing during Integration and User Acceptancetesting;
• Acquiresolution knowledge for post implementation support and ongoingmaintenance;
• Reviewdata definitions and the impact on all modules. Where requiredengage other leads to resolveconflicts;
• Workswith appropriate user communities to understand data requirementsand currentdefinitions;
• Solicitsand ensures input from locations / sites;
• Ensuresbusiness requirements (at lowest level of detail) will be met bythe SAPSystem;
• Reviewand provide feedback to change management team on communicationefforts change plans job role definitions trainingmaterials;
• Otherduties asassigned

Requirements

Thefollowing are minimum qualifications and / or experience for thedelivery of theServices.

TheResource must have the following minimum qualifications orexperience :

• Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Commerce or an equivalentfield
• Minimumof five (5) years of experience working as a businessanalyst
• Minimumof three (3) years of experience documenting / conducting processreengineering
• Minimumof two (2) years of experience writing usecases
• Experienceworking on SAPProjects
• Most possesshigh level of communications consulting and client relationshipskills. The Analyst must be able to clearly communicate complextechnical and business concepts both to clients (internal orexternal) and to team members and to negotiatechange
• Mustbe capable of effectively identifying and framing problems leadingthe collection of elements of information and integrating thisinformation to produce timely and thoughtfuldecisions

Itis preferred that the Resource has the following qualifications orexperience :

• Accreditationfrom Business Analyst professional association is considered anasset
• Knowledgeof the Business Analysis Book of Knowledge (BABOK) is considered anasset
