Location : Oakville, Ontario

Work Setup : Hybrid role (50% in-office, 50% remote)

Contract Duration : 6 months

Salary : $35.00 / hour

Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional support in a dynamic, demanding environment.

Order Processing : Monitor email queues, process customer complaints, and resolve issues to meet delivery timelines.

Logistics Coordination : Collaborate with project managers, warehouse teams, and carriers to address shipping issues and ensure timely deliveries.

Process Adherence : Follow established protocols for daily operations to maintain high standards.

Clear Communication : Engage with various teams with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in customer service, supply chain, or logistics.

Skills : Strong critical thinking, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.

Customer Focus : Dedicated to delivering quality service.

Problem Solving & Decision Making : Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues effectively.

Logistics Knowledge : Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, and transportation requirements.
