Project Manager / Estimator
Project Manager / Estimator Responsibilities / Duties
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers, consultants, general contractors, and end users
- Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions
- Manage project financials (including billing), purchasing, schedules and labor
- Estimate project costs, and changes, and submit tenders
- Work with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service Electricians to develop service work and project scheduling
- Review reports - labor status reports, job status reports, etc.
- Arrange for project manuals / Power quality reports to be completed
Project Manager / Estimator Experience And Skills
Must have electrical project management and estimating experience
- Electrical TQ an asset
- Valid FSR
- Experience with Accubid software (Accubid Pro, Change Order) an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders
- Good computer skills including MS Office
- Currently working in the area with an established local network as an asset
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience.
