Project Administrator
About the role
Supporting the Major Transmission Projects Leadership Team in the day-to-day project activities to contribute to the success of the project, through meticulous facilitation of communication amongst team members and ensuring project information is accurately documented and actioned.
Our Project Administrator’s support the administration of data and information management through document control and ensure that key project deliverables and initiatives are coordinated and completed in a timely manner.
You will be given exposure to the implementation and management of the project governance and quality framework, ensuring you are across all facets of the project, including coordinating and supporting various meetings through scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking, and maintaining the actions register.

About you
First and foremost, you have experience working in a project environment and have a working knowledge of Project Management principles, governance, and tools.
An extensive background in administration or an executive assistant role would also be advantageous.
You enjoy working with others and building working relationships through your strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to influence in a complex stakeholder environment.
You are able to identify and implement opportunities to improve existing systems and processes and drive the outcome of these system and process enhancements.
A willingness to travel to the North West region of Tasmania from time to time to provide project support and undertake any necessary training.
