A well-established Canadian company is inviting an Export and Logistics Coordinator to join its team.
Once onboard, the selected individual will coordinate product shipments internationally, as well as imports, ensuring that all orders arrive within required deadlines.
Additionally, they will handle various aspects of sales and import administration, including billing, customer account monitoring, and the preparation of various documents and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities :
- Sales, export, and import administration
- Verify, produce, and analyze various reports and statistics using Excel
- Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to request containers or trucks
- Coordinate shipment with internal and external partners to ensure all orders arrive on time
- Prepare all shipping documents within required deadlines (bills of lading, transport instructions, commercial invoices, insurance certificates, packing declarations, export declarations, etc.)
- Track the progress of each export or import delivery
- Validate the freight related to each export or import shipment
- Update various billing, shipping, and export tracking records
- Prepare documentation for each sale made
- Monitor sales forecasts and production
- Follow-up on customer accounts
- Verify purchase orders before entering sales into the database
- Monitor inventory levels at various locations
- Participate in special projects
Requirements :
- University or college education in logistics, international trade, or similar field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position : international trade, export, or import
- Bilingualism essential (oral and written) to communicate with various international partners
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills and effective prioritization
- Excellent customer service
