SaaS Implementation Project Manager (Nova Scotia, Canada)
Description
- Build credibility with technical, clinical, and business stakeholders following a SaaS project plan. Comfortable discussing network connectivity surrounding Cloud (AWS and Azure)
- Have a good understanding of VPNs, Whitelisting, and working cross-functionally within Varian to deliver a memorable, positive customer experience
- Provides customer-facing Project Management leadership, primarily during implementation, across domains such as networking, data interoperability, security, and operations for Varian's Software-as-Service portfolio
- Serves as a primary resource of the SaaS Enablement Team to deliver a successful implementation from kick-off through go-live
- Oversees cloud products installations and configurations, as well as on premise connectivity, using project management tools where available for implementation and upgrades
- Develops and fosters relationships with internal customers, SaaS project team, other partners inside Varian’s network
- Updates and maintains internal customer tracking tools as needed
- Compiles status reports to the assigned manager and team
- Promptly responds to incidents and other events as necessary
- Reviews statement of work with Sales and tracks to project completion
- Reviews and executes project plans to ensure they meet documented installation requirements
- Completes all necessary task documentation to meet Varian’s quality processes and procedures
- Leads calls both internally and customer facing documenting and delivering action items and minutes
- Completes company provided training within prescribed timelines
- Requires limited direct supervision
- Reports to the Director of the SaaS Enablement Team
Requirements and Qualifications
- Able to work in fast paced environment and on multiple tasks in organized, efficient manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experience ratings
- 5-10 years’ experience
- Cooperative and composed, good team player
- Willingness to travel to designated events
- Professional fluency in English
Typical Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical / project management discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Required : experience using Microsoft Office suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Required : Experience in IT, Cloud and Networking Network + Certification a plus
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
- Monday.com experience is plus
