Customer ServiceRepresentative (AutoClaims)

Weare seeking a dedicated and empathetic professional to join ourclient in the insurance industry. This permanent role involvesguiding clients through the claims compensation process andaddressing their needs following automobile collisions.

The idealcandidate will have strong customer service experience and theability to work under pressure offering support to clients duringchallengingtimes.

Whatis in it foryou :

Annual salary of $52.000 plus a performancebonus.

Performance bonus : 5%target up to a maximum of 10% dependent on individual and companyperformance.

Permanent andfulltime role.

Weekday schedule : 10 am to 6 pm.

Office Presence : required 2 to 3 times a week.

4weeks of annual vacation.

Responsibilities :

Guide clients through the claims compensation process investigatetheir automobile collision claims and address theirneeds.

Work in accordance withcompany practices and industry regulatory requirements; apply bestpractices and take responsibility for customer service and claimsresults.

Work independently in adigital environment.

Activelyparticipate in training to keep knowledge uptodate on bestpractices applicable to claimssettlements.

Participate inspecial projects and provide feedback to the company to support itscustomer service excellenceinitiatives.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Possession of a college diploma and / or an AEC in damageinsurance.

A license is notrequired at the time of hiring; however it must be obtained within6 to 12 months of employment. The company will cover the cost ofcourses necessary to obtain thelicense.

Experience in customerservice (e.g. call center retail restaurantnursing).

A high degree ofcustomer focus is necessary as the role involves dealing withindividuals who have just experienced caraccidents.

Strong curiosity andwillingness to find ways to continuously improve processes in orderto deliver an exceptional customerexperience.

Ability to embody thecompanys culture and values and contribute positively toit.

Bilingual in English andFrench (spoken andwritten).
