Requirements

• High school diploma orequivalent preferred.
• Culinary school 24 year degree or foreignequivalency preferred.
• Knowledge of various cookingprocedures and methods (grilling baking boilingetc.)
• Prior experience in relatedfood and beverage service and food preparationpositions.
• Ability to follow allsanitation procedures
• Thorough experience with hot and cold foodpreparation.
• Excellent physical conditionand stamina
• Good working knowledge ofaccepted sanitation standards and health codes.
• Ability to work ina team
• Ability to use slicers mixersgrinders food processors etc.
• Able to handle work in a fastpacedenvironment.
