We are looking for an experienced Senior Product (Ui / Ux) Designer for our client. This is a permanent position that is remote to start with later relocation to Winnipeg .
Our client is a global enterprise company with a product that you've likely used.
You Will :
- Help create and lead the design strategy for multiple teams
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and analyze opportunities to improve our products
- Ensure a healthy pipeline of mid-longer team initiatives that will help drive future innovation
- Working effectively in an agile environment to deliver product increments and ensure that requirements are met. Measures and monitors design quality after releases.
- Participates in the recruitment within the design discipline.
- Coaching and Mentoring designers.
You Have :
- Minimum 2+ years in a senior or design position
- Experience mentoring designers in design practices
- Experience creating high quality UX and design work across large scale projects
- Experience making user-led decisions , and is comfortable working with user insights e.g. from user research of quantitative insights, data, ethnography
- Experience setting clear goals, deadlines and key milestones for design discovery, and tracking progress against these successfully.
