UI/UX Designer

Your day-to-day :
- Perform user research to better understand our users, their behaviour, goals, motivations and needs
- Collaborate with management, product and engineering to develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI / UX design strategy and process.
- Produce high-quality UI / UX on-brand design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Ongoing analysis of current competitors
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and standards
Recipe for Success :
At the very least, you’ll need :
- To be eligible to work in Canada and work on site.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years' experience UI / UX design experience for digital products
- A portfolio of professional UI / UX design work for web applications
You are ahead of the curve, if you have :
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira
- A portfolio of UI / UX design work for mobile applications
- An understanding of the real estate industry and its various stakeholders
