We are looking for an experienced Senior Product (Ui / Ux) Designer for our client. This is a permanent position that is remote to start with later relocation to Winnipeg . Our client is a global enterprise company with a product that you've likely used.

You Will :

• Help create and lead the design strategy for multiple teams
• Work with key stakeholders to identify and analyze opportunities to improve our products
• Ensure a healthy pipeline of mid-longer team initiatives that will help drive future innovation
• Working effectively in an agile environment to deliver product increments and ensure that requirements are met. Measures and monitors design quality after releases.
• Participates in the recruitment within the design discipline.
• Coaching and Mentoring designers.
