Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Position : Customer Service Agent

Location : Ottawa (on-site)

Salary : $20 to $22 per hour + 4% vacation pay

Hours of Work : Monday-Friday

Quantum Management is in search of a dynamic Bilingual (French / English) Customer Service Agent to join our esteemed Ottawa-based client.

Initially, this role is offered as a 6-month contract, with strong potential for permanent placement thereafter. Please note, all candidates must be eligible to obtain an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance through the Government of Canada.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, verify, and reconcile expenses and claims for customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service through timely follow-ups and callbacks.
• Offer coordination, guidance, and relevant information to clients and team members.
• Conduct daily planning sessions for clients / customers as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with the Relocation Directive by reviewing and reconciling relocation files.
• Resolve complex relocation problems and review expense claims.
• Perform various administrative duties, including record-keeping and data entry.
• Assist other teams in addressing customer queries via email, phone calls, chats, and voicemails.

Requirements :

• Background in a contact center environment is preferred.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Proficient in multitasking across various communication channels such as email, telephone, video calls, and chats.
• Ability to effectively plan and manage tasks under time constraints, with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Eligible to obtain an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance (5 years in Canada).
